All financial transactions on juangames are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). juangames accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
Deposits are credited to your juangames account upon confirmation of receipt of cleared funds. juangames is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. juangames reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. juangames's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your juangames account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. juangames makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
juangames collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.
